With this unified system you can then add end-user configurable applications that suit your operational needs. Once you've done that you can train your operators to use the tools they can use every day, that's when you will start to reap the benefits of smarter buildings!

The discussion highlighted that smarter buildings can provide benefits twofold, through energy savings and reduce costs and also increase the productivity and happiness of employees to the building tenants. For many, the majority of costs occurs through employees. By creating smarter buildings, the major resulting benefit is a more productive environment which increases worker effectiveness through an improved working environment, resulting in happier staff who are more efficient and take less sick time from work. It's a simple way to add certainty to your buildings AND add profit to your business.
