Background
Life Science Incubator is a state-of-the-art co-working lab in the heart of Singapore’s Life Science Hub. LSI facilitate Bioscience, MedTech, BioTech, HealthTech and FoodTech companies to develop and grow in a reliable, agile, fully-equipped and state-of-the-art facility. And for start-ups that want agile, accessible and affordable lab space without the investment.
With preference and support from Acromec, this award follows after the Paragon Project. We provided BMS for a pair of MAU and DX PAHU for pre-cooling, a heat pump system provides re-heating, 26nos of Supply and Exhaust Fast Acting VAV controls and 4nos Exhaust Air Fans supporting the BSL-2 Laboratory Area and 6 lab suites. The project Is due for completion by end of July/ early August.
