As Johor Bahru City Council’s state-of-the-art headquarters, the MBJB Tower was designed to achieve the Green Building Index (GBI) Gold Certification. Leading Edge Automation implemented Optergy’s Building and Energy Management System (BMS & EMS) in the MBJB Tower, focusing on maximising efficiency while incorporating the most effective energy-saving control strategy without compromising comfort.
