Background
We completed the supply, installation, engineering, testing and commissioning of the BMS for this 4-storey commercial building with 4 basements (comprising of 2 basements shops and 2 basement car parks). This development is for a Chiller Plant Room and Chilled Water Fan Coil Units serving restaurants and retail shops with possibly a new Cinema. We are providing the BMS and energy/utility monitoring for the developers, as well as a chiller plant energy audit which will be implemented by Song Teck.
