Background
King’s Centre is an office and retail facility that is owned and operated by City Developments Limited (CDL). We worked with CBM Solutions for a second successful project. The project involved the replacement of an existing Johnson Control system that was controlling and monitoring the existing CHW system. None of the CHW System equipment was replaced.
We installed new high-accuracy thermistors in the Chilled Water and Condenser Water headers. These thermistors were connected to a data logger. The fine-tuning process is still underway but the expected target is 0.65kW/RT for the entire CHW system with an aim for Green Mark Platinum re-certification.
