The Old Treasury Building is a high-profile commercial property in Perth with 33 stories including plant room levels. The Old Treasury Building was given new life in 2015 after it was turned into a hub of retail shopping, accommodation, housing and bars with luxury dining areas. 

Our solution

The Old Treasury Building utilises the Optergy Enterprise integrated Building and Energy Management System to control the comfort air conditioning, monitor crucial building operation systems and log energy consumption. Alerton Australia designed, engineered, installed and commissioned the BACnet system for the Old Treasury Building including an entire building tenant fit-out and supplementary air-conditioning.
