Background
Our first project with Elite Air-Conditioning and Engineering was the extension of 10X Genomics via tender in April 2021.
Elite won the tender and wanted us for the project. After several difficult technical rounds with BECA, we were awarded the project. Elite were impressed with us with Song Teck assisting them in design, implementation and help beyond our obligation.
With a limited budget, the initial intent was plant space temperature and humidity monitoring with ACMV manually controlled. In our first meeting with Pall Corp, we pitched the sheer advantages of BMS with a compelling price differentiation from the market. With Elite support, we’ve won the project in June.
