Background
Salisbury House is a historic office building located at 29 Finsbury Circus in the heart of London. It was built in the early 20th century and is known for its distinctive neo-classical architecture. The building features a grand entrance with a large portico supported by columns, as well as ornate detailing throughout the exterior and interior.
We are thrilled to announce the successful completion of our latest project at Salisbury House to help our client reduce their energy consumption.
Our Solution
The upgraded system allows for real-time monitoring and control of a range of building parameters from any location and at any time. Additionally, it is equipped with automated alerts and notifications that promptly notify users of any irregularities, enabling proactive maintenance and diagnosis of faults.
The cutover process involved a seamless transition from the existing BMS to the new system with minimal downtime, ensuring uninterrupted operations of the client’s critical business processes. To achieve this goal, we replaced the 20 years old BACnet controllers with IP-based controllers, which provide a more reliable and secure platform for building automation.
