International workspace provider The Work Project (TWP) was today announced as the workspace provider for new Sydney landmark, Quay Quarter Tower (QQT).

The works to the area consist of new open plan offices, cellular offices, meeting rooms, boardrooms and breakout areas. 4,300 square metres across two floors in providing flexible workspaces & coworking.
Unrivalled exclusive Conference and Event facilities to accommodate up to 90 people. Business Lounge & Café with views overlooking Sydney’s Harbour Bridge. Top-of-the-line technology infrastructure to enhance productivity and facilitate collaboration.

Our solution

The fitout consists of Integration VRF AC units with OA damper, Temp/CO2 control, Active Chilled Beam zones modifications, redesigning VAV zones, etc.
